Horrible

Liked: Clean and safe location
Disliked: 1. Rude front desk (Iridiana), servers, Starbucks Barrista, and gym front desk. Did not greet me when standing in line. No one else was waiting. 2. Gym is not private. Gym guest get priority. 3. Had to pay for a cap to be able to swim. $5 MPS per person per day. 4. Had to make a reservation for a 5 person hot tub you share with random gym members. 5. Stabbed in tow 4 different times with metal pieces. Staff said it was from tree not metal. 6. Swim lanes were blocked for gym members doing laps. Hotel guest had access to only one small lane for all. 7. Came home one night to smell strong paint smell in my room. When I called the front desk I was asked if had not smelled it all day. I let her know I was out all day. I had kids with me had to sleep with patio door open. 8. My reservation included breakfast on Booking, Holiday Inn insisted I Did not. Had to pay $65 USD when we tried to eat the breakfast. The manager was yelling and arguing with us that it was not there problem. Iridiana was the worst rude and unprofessional.

Liked: Location-close to a mall and walmart.Staff is very friendly, specially those in the restaurant-Alejandro was very kind. Staffs in reception not very friendly though. We landed at 3 am and the receptionist didnt even smile to greet us!Breakfast is good, but they should include more chicken based foods for those who do not eat pork.Most of the foods for breakfast was made with pork.
Disliked: There was no small fridge and no kettle,unlike most hotels i visited-even other Holiday Inn hotels had these-this made our stay a bit complicated as we has a small child.Receptionists not welcoming as other hotels-no welcome no thank you…Swimming pool was very busy with public-we hardly had 1 lane for swimming which was crowded in the afternoons.

Liked: Super location. Bus stop just 5 minutes away. Restaurant Giralda is good. Special mention of Hugo. He was really helpful.
Disliked: Just some ideas- to have a small fridge. To put 2 chairs on the balcony.

Liked: Extremely clean, good air ventilation system. Rooms look fresh, all furniture new. Shower is great. Staff was good. Restaurant downstairs is just marvelous. Haven't tried their gym nor swimming pool.
Disliked: It was stated that there is no fridge, but anyway I missed it
