Liked: The staff is really helpful and responsive, room is clean and quiet (you don?t hear the other guests), security in the parking.
Disliked: The bathroom sink is too low

Liked: My car got infested with ants overnight and the staff kindly sprayed my car prior to leaving. Very friendly staff! Room could have been a little cleaner, the vent in the bathroom was very dirty and the carpet was not very clean.
Disliked: Staff was great!

Liked: I loved that the customer service was great, I can say my bf and I got to relax whether it was in our room with the a/c on watching t.v, or from when we went down to the pool and sat in the jacuzzi. It was a fun and relaxing experience. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough for a good nights rest. Parking is free and had no problem finding parking. Free wifi, and children eat free with adult entree at the Ventanas restaurant on the 1st floor. Convenient shuttle service takes you to either Disneyland or Knotts depending on which park your visiting.
Disliked: Nothing at all. Keep up the great work!

Stay when going to Knott's...

Liked: The room was spacious 475 sq. ft. with 2 air conditioners. The complimentary breakfast is in the attached restaurant, food is very good and service is excellent.
Disliked: I was given a lesser room at check-in than what i reserved. It took a couple hours to fix things. They did what they said they would and had me in the right room once they were able to get it cleaned and ready.

Disliked: the cockroach in the bathroom.when taking shower, the water doesn?t drain easily. after a shower, i had to wait til idrains and again wash from legs to feet so all the soap is out of my body totallllly? that suck!!!
