We're coming back to NYC in December - don't know where we will stay.
Liked: Location; service was good.
Disliked: Didn't include breakfast, and no real bar to drink at.

In hindsight would not have...
Liked: Comfortable bed, decent shower unit
Disliked: Shabby furniture and carpets definitely need updating Room service had to be requested but this was not made clear on arrival so no service for four days. Very disappointing.

Pleasant and convenient.
Liked: Location - we were attending a concert at the Barclay Centre nearby. The reception staff found us an excellent taxi driver very quickly.

Someone took my booking.
Liked: Location
Disliked: They stated that we had already been checked in. Staff made a mistake and checked in the wrong person. Our first room was increasingly warm and the heat would not go down.

Would recommend and would stay...
Liked: Great location, amazing amenities, and the best part was the 24 hour parking situation. It’s been so hard finding a good hotel with great parking and this is one we would come back to for that reason!
Disliked: I booked and paid for what seemed to be two different rooms, one with a view and one simply on a high floor (full size beds and another room with queen size beds) and the rooms were exactly the same. I think a room should be exactly as advertised which in our case it was not. This however didn’t ruin the trip. We really liked the hotel and staff. It is simply an observation.
