Clean and comfortable stay

Terrible Experience – Do Not...

Disliked: Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend, Especially for Exam TravelersI booked this hotel because it was close to my USMLE testing center and had a reputable name, so I trusted it and made the reservation through your website. I arrived around 11 PM the night before my exam, which was scheduled early the next morning at 8 AM. I was exhausted and just needed a quiet night to rest.Unfortunately, from the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The front desk staff—specifically the lady working the night shift—was far from welcoming. She was dismissive and borderline rude, which was not something I expected after a long trip and before such an important day.When I got to my room, I discovered that part of the carpet was completely soaked. I didn’t have the time or energy to request a room change, as I needed to get to sleep and be up by 6 AM. I figured I’d just deal with it.In the morning, things got worse. When I went to take a shower, I realized there were no towels at all in the room—none. I called the front desk and was told someone would bring towels up, but after waiting 20 minutes and with no one showing up, I had no choice but to use an old shirt as a towel. I couldn’t afford to be late for my exam.This was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. I expected at least the bare minimum for the price I paid—like clean, dry rooms and a towel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you’re staying for an important occasion. I honestly wish I could get my money back.
