We're coming back to NYC in December - don't know where we will stay.

Liked: Location; service was good.
Disliked: Didn't include breakfast, and no real bar to drink at.

Liked: The bathroom and bed was clean.
Disliked: There was a lot of noise from two of the neighbors. They slammed their door from the time I got there till like 7 am. I asked the desk attendant for a receipt upon checking out, the receptionist told me, to contact the 3 rd party that I used to book the stay. I just needed to get confirmation of when I'll receive my deposit back. I never received an email from the booking company as well in regards to the receipt.

Liked: The hotel was clean and the staff was very respectful and welcoming.
Disliked: The rooms and elevator were small.

Not practically worth the price...

Liked: The hotel was situated in walking distance to my primary event. I liked the little seating area that looks like a garden sunroof area, I like the coziness of the beds.
Disliked: I did not like sharing the elevator with the maintenance and cleaning staff which left the two elevators vulnerable to being messy and dirty many times. I did not like having to go to the lobby to use a single microwave which was not clean, the Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel was more like a bar and not family friendly and had exorbitant prices for Mexican food which is reasonably inexpensive to make. The front entrance lobby area is awkwardly designed which causes a backup as you enter into the hotel. I didn't like the cleaning schedule, although after I think about it with more than 14 floors and probably very little cleaning staff, no wonder I was getting knocks on the door after 5:00 pm each day. However, not getting my trash taken out and not getting clean towels was not cool for the money I paid. I encountered communication barriers with cleaning staff, which is not a deal-breaker but it was inconvenient as I was unable to communicate what I really needed.

Liked: Hotel location was perfect. Close to subway stops and plenty of restaurants.
Disliked: 2 small elevators for 14 floors is not good. That was our biggest issue.
