No working water in rooms
Liked: I planned a birthday party for my daughter. The plan was for her little cousins to spend the night with us. However, no one got to spend the night because there was no running water in the room.

Good
Liked: The room was spacious, the indoor pool was a nice addition, having an IHOP attached was very convenient.
Disliked: The rooms could be a little cleaner, the restroom could use an update. The front door staff was not friendly, thet didn't welcome us, would only give short answers and was impatient even though we had just walked into the hotel and I was looking for my reservation confirmation. you expect to be welcome into a hotel with a smile, the rest of the staff that we encountered was somewhat friendly

Would come back. Different then...
Liked: Loved the heated pool, the water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the beds were comfy.
Disliked: The mini fridge in the room barely worked. The hot tub was down at the time we went which is fine things happen it's just we called ahead of arriving and someone said it was working.

Don’t book through Booking.com
Disliked: The pool broke down the day after I booked. Call to question the amenities at the location. The concierge told me what room I choose and had to argue and show proof that it is the wrong room. She then said there is another $100 refundable fee ontop of the Booking.com “refundable fee”(Booking.com I still have not received my $100 refundable fee).
