A family visit made better...

Liked: I got a paid upgrade after an email offering me the option. The room was very clean and well appointed. Bathroom was spotless. On arrival which was after 6 hr journey, I met Kavin I think his name was . A beaming smile and a really good welcome. I immediately felt comfortable with choosing to stay there. He also helped me with a few bits and pieces like car parking when I landed and taxis the following morning . A great advertisement for your company.
Disliked: The car park machine to register and pay was a bit tiresome. But your colleague helped me immediately.
