Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The hotel seemed to be very understaffed. There was no tea or coffee in the room and ot took 1 hour for the staff to bring some to the room. Ordering room service was also difficult. The app did not work and no-one picked up the phone. We had to try several times. After a long day of travelling this was not a relaxing experience. The room was very small.

Lovely relaxing stay, room very...

Liked: Room was a good size and very fresh and clean. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The changing room and showers in the pool area were not well maintained, old and scruffy, drains were smelling

Excellent hotel within easy reach...

Liked: Easy to get to from the motorway, very friendly staff, nice big rooms and great facilities.
Disliked: Paying for parking, £5 per 24 hours.
