Loved the hotel, spacious room,...

Liked: The parking was situated perfectly and we walked straight from the car a couple of steps into the reception area. Immediately we were pleased with how light the area was and the welcome we received. The room was easily accessible (lift) and we were pleased with how spacious our room was. There was water and a couple of snacks in the fridge and tea, coffee and biscuits. The little note on the mirror was a nice touch too. The bed was comfy and the breakfast the next morning was exceptional.
Disliked: I am struggling to think of anything. However if I had to pick something it would be that the breakfast staff were so lovely but we were asked again and again repeatedly if we were happy and needed anything.

Less than expected

Liked: I chose the hotel for its location only.
Disliked: We found the room to be less than expected, it wasn’t as clean as I would expect it to be, the sofa bed kept collapsing when my Daughter got into it and there wasn’t adequate soundproofing for the level of noise from the constant traffic.
