Liked: Family suite was fantastic - massive space and kids were excited to try a bath with a tv. Staff in restaurant couldn’t do anymore they were amazing.

Liked: All aspects of the Hotel stood out & that's why we always go to a Holiday in. One thing which has still to be resolved is recovery of our Military discount which was missed on payment at the desk on arrival. All staff were pleasant especially 'Yasmin' who went out of her way to accommodate our every need. So, to give the 100% Booking just need to apply the discount & inform Holiday Inn who will refund us the difference.
Disliked: Definitely needs to sort out the toaster which the bread kept sticking & burning giving off smoke.

Not good watch the staff...
Disliked: Cleaners stole my credit card of the side table. Later that day had unrecognised transactions on my card. Shady cleaning staff. And even when we were in the room a member of staff let himself in our room without knocking.

Over the moon.
Liked: The breakfast food was amazing and staff was very friendly and respectful to my wife and 3 children. We asked for extra hour to check out and it was granted right away which was a big relief.
Disliked: It would have been great if there was a sliding door to separate the parents room from the kids room for more privacy. Other than that everything else was exceptional.
