Wonderful place to stay

Liked: Holiday Inn hotels are amazing and to a high standard. I couldn't fault their facilities and staff.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay

Liked: Front desk staff (male) at check in at 22pm was super helpful and friendly. Very welcoming l. Couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend
Disliked: Only criticism I can come too (and most may not even notice) bedroom door had no safety/secondary lock system (for piece of mind) as a female travelling alone with my daughter. But again at no stage was this an issue.

Liked: The staff were very accommodating. Lovely breakfast.
Disliked: We arrived ....room was so hot staff organised a fan for us. No air conditioning...no response to a reduction in price.
