Great location for all friendly...

Liked: Good location everywhere was within 10/15 minutes walk
Disliked: Only 1 lift working so had to queue

Passable

Disliked: Rooms not that comfy,,our room air conditioner was broken,,they have provided tower fan but not much helpful. No bar/fridge in the room.

Overall the experience was ok....

Liked: Some of the employees were very helpful others not so much. Nice location, next to the beach but not so central that the noise is an issue. Kings road Paddling pool opposite, which is great for kids.
Disliked: Our room ceiling showed signs of damp as if from a previous leak. Also with a crack. Our shower did not drain so while in the shower it started to overflow and leak out on to the floor. We had two rooms and the AC did not work in both rooms, however small standing fan provided. Toilet seat broken in one of the rooms so seat would slide around while sitting.
