Very comfortable hotel near airport

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Room was large, shower was good. Blackout shades were excellent, plus could not hear noise from outside in the room.

Great for an expensed stay...

Liked: Super short drive to Logan Airport, fancy hotel amenities and nice finishes.
Disliked: Got upcharged once there to pay for parking… watch out.

A convenient location , but...

Liked: My family and I visited this hotel during our vacation in Boston. The location was convenient; we were able to drive about 15 minutes to various outlets, shopping centers, and Boston Harbor. The area felt safe, and parking was accessible.Breakfast was nice and included bacon and fresh juice, which was a pleasant way to start the day.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we were surprised at check-in when the hotel clerk told us that even though we paid the same price for each family member, we had to pay extra for breakfast for two of them. I had to send a confirmation from Booking.com showing that breakfast was included for all of us. This was confusing and unnecessary.Additionally, we were not informed about the hotel's housekeeping policy. After a long day out, we returned to find our room had not been cleaned. When I asked the front desk, I was told rooms are only cleaned every two or three days; this should have been communicated in advance.Lastly, we were unlucky with the noise from the room above us; it seemed there were children running, jumping, and banging until 11:00 p.m. We contacted guest services, but the issue persisted for most of the evening.
