Very disappointed with bar lady,...

Liked: Location is excellent, just off of the “ I”
Disliked: Ordered some meals off of the menu and the bartender insisted on bringing it up to the room. Well, okay, but we had a Birds Eye view of the bar area from our room. Almost 20 minutes AFTER the guy put the three containers on the bar, I decided to go and get it. I ended up just getting off of the elevator and she came racing with the food. I signed the slip and got back on the elevator. Well, I really should have refused it!!! The food was no longer hot and there was a dessert with ice cream. What do you suppose happened to the ice cream in a bag with cooked hot food in the beginning? It was almost half melted, like regular cream. So, I will never do that again.

Liked: Great location. Quiet room.
Disliked: My name has been misspelled, making it difficult to check in. There's no microwave. The lighting in the bathroom is bad when you're trying to do something with your face.
