Holiday Inn Bloomington By IHG

Surprisingly really nice. I enjoyed my stay here. Only thing I have a complaint about is I stayed in room 325 and it had adjoining doors. I don't know if the other person had their door open (?) but I could clearly hear everything they were saying which made me apprehensive to talk so they wouldn't hear everything I was saying, too.

Liked: Very nice for the price.
Disliked: The website says there is no food, but upon arrival, the front desk informed us that there is dinner and breakfast. You should include this on your website.

I was very disappointed in...

Liked: We were able to check in a few minutes early so we could get ready for the event we traveled for.
Disliked: There was no internet, so no television. The vending options for late night was non-existent, food was expired and not stocked. Continental breakfast was nothing more than packaged pastries, not up to IHG typical breakfast expectations. When checking in, staff made 2 transactions on payment method. Had to monitor that to manage my travel funds. I'm sure I have forgotten something but this is a substantial list for such a short stay.

We slept well.

Liked: The sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was also clean.
Disliked: There were stains on our room carpet

Disliked: After the stay we broke out in an itchy rash. They charged my card the deposit and still waited on an answerr

Overall friendly and accommodating staff.

Disliked: There was a noise that was coming from one of rooms like a tapping sort of noise at night not sure what that was about.

A clean, comfortable bed after...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable with quality linens. The bed and bathroom were clean.
Disliked: The refrigerator was missing from the room, walls were dirty and damaged and the carpets in the room and hallways were very stained and dirty.

Will be staying again!
