Things can be better anywhere...
Liked: The shower didn't work as the pressure was non existent. The rooms were not cleans with any detail. Bathrooms were grimey. Don't understand rooms not being made up after at least every 2 nights? Have to ask for them to be? Strange customer service. Not one to complain. Overall location is fine, pool area was fun, beds were good. Nothing we didn't overcome. We always have a great time in Minneapolis and did this time as well. We don't dwell and just some things noticed. Price point was good as well.

They cancelled my reservation without...
Liked: It was close to the event we planned on attending.
Disliked: There was a colony of ants in the main lobby coming out of the wall behind the fireplace. I waited in line 30 minutes to check in only to find out that they overbooked the hotel and cancelled my reservation without any notice. The hotel was knowingly overbooked and had just one person working the front desk causing long wait time. I was traveling with two young children and I booked the reservation over a month in advance. They offered me a room at another hotel that was 20 minutes away but nothing more. Poor management and customer service. Booooooo!

Not impressed.
Liked: The restaurant served good food. Bed pillows were comfortable. Quick check in.
Disliked: Fan heater bearings were rattling away keeping us up at night. The top two floor were under construction. The parking lot was a mess of human garbage. Sink faucet leaked on vanity when turned on. Fire trucks and emergency vehicles showed up at the front entrance that night.
