Liked: Easy check in; quiet; great breakfast and friendly service!

Under going upgrades so the...

Liked: Super easy to get to. It was right off the interstate and not tucked away behind something else.
Disliked: There is nothing else around not even a gas station.

Crazy… Rude but as Family...

Liked: We had to wait for the room to be ready but it was Clean
Disliked: Staff their Manager, very rude not polite , didn’t want to explain or help with the check in… when my kids asked why the Pool is Closed the Manager replied “ Cus it’s Closed “ and than Turned and told My Wife if U don’t want to stay i can refund U . Crazy I politely explained that Hospitality is #1 and u have to be nicer on a job like this. U can’t talk to family like that. They kept stalling and telling us our room is not ready … and than Hey U come and get the keys . I stay in Minneapolis a lot but never came across anything like this

Disliked: When booking through Booking.com, you are not eligible for park and fly so we ended up having to pay for parking at the airport, which defeated the purpose of staying here.

Things can be better anywhere...

Liked: The shower didn't work as the pressure was non existent. The rooms were not cleans with any detail. Bathrooms were grimey. Don't understand rooms not being made up after at least every 2 nights? Have to ask for them to be? Strange customer service. Not one to complain. Overall location is fine, pool area was fun, beds were good. Nothing we didn't overcome. We always have a great time in Minneapolis and did this time as well. We don't dwell and just some things noticed. Price point was good as well.
