Liked: Overall the experience was great. Rooms were very, very clean. Very well stocked with towels. I even forgot my razor and was given two as soon as I requested it. We had dinner and drinks in the bar and grill on our second night and the food, drinks, and service was amazing. Check in and check out was very easy! We were in town for a concert and were able to get a taxi downtown to and from the event with no problem. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone!
Disliked: The only two negatives we found were that it listed a Starbucks onsite and it was not. And also we were on the 7th floor and with the heat outside it was causing the A/C to have to work overtime.

Liked: Close to interstate and close to BJCC! Easy drive.
Disliked: Billing procedure confusing. Did not show that I had booked via Concerthotels.com.
