Standard hotel, poor service good...

Liked: Location was great as working nearby
Disliked: On waiting for room as half an hour early for check in, i waited and purchased a drink and advised would wait until my room was ready. At 2pm receptionist checked other people in before me even though i had been waiting. The shower cubicle was smashed in two a large crack all the way across the shower tray which was rough to stand on. The carpet was dirty on one side of the room. Requested double bed as husband has broken leg and on crutches. Never got any reply to my messages concerning this and was given two single beds had to push the singles together against wall so he wouldn't fall out and do more damage. Would return but only because of location for work
