Sort the beds and pillows...

Liked: The staff were Great, friendly, and couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasant one. Emily on reception and Ash In the bar were great. Food was great and good value for the money.
Disliked: The pillows were like sleeping on blocks of wood and the bed was terrible, could feel every spring. It was 2 nights of shear hell. I did complain and pillows were replaced but just the same.

Great stay

Liked: Location, view, restaurant and bars. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Roxy was very helpful and friendly.

Clean and comfortable.

Liked: Pillows and breakfast. Great friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: No 24 hour room service . Sandwiches available instead.
