Location and staff excellent, cleanliness...

Liked: The staff were excellent - all very friendly and helpful.The breakfast is plentiful but not very healthyFruit options poor.Cooked Breakfast greasy
Disliked: The mattress was terrible. Only one lift meant waiting on a number of occasions.

Overall, good visit

Liked: Overall, it was good. Room decent size. Great for what we needed. A staff were friendly. Would return visit if we are in the area again. Showers were lovely and hot.
Disliked: A couple of small issues, but made Staff aware and check out as it didn’t really causes any problems. Unfortunately, the gym is closed for renovation which is a little disappointing.

Ideal if visiting the area...

Liked: Clean comfortable room.
Disliked: TV had sound issues and ch choice poor

Liked: Staff were good
Disliked: The room.toilet seat broken. There is no enough tea bag and milk..full of pain inthe morning. Worst hotel bed on my hx wt holiday inn.

Liked: Low price in a good location for parking. Staff were lovely as was the breakfast.
Disliked: First room we were given smelled of smoke so had to move. Rooms showing their age and the beds were poor.

Great bargain I wish them...

Liked: Gave it a chance as bad write ups - no refugees there !! Yes some floors being done up but hey give them a break
Disliked: Doors banged so loudly
