Liked: Easy to park
Disliked: Very tired building.Bed really uncomfortable.No cold water in the room. Shower door broken.Breakfast took an hour and lots of things run out.

Would not book again

Disliked: The room smelled like stale smoke, really strong and off putting. Flies were coming out of the bathroom sink.

Very good

Liked: Great room, comfortable bed and nice smooth check in experience. Great food in the restaurant reasonably priced. Good value for money hotel overall. No frills but everything I needed. The tower also looks great from a distance. Easy to find if you get lost!
Disliked: Location not the most amazing but that can't be helped. Biggest gripe, only one lift. Luckily I wasn't near the top floor. Getting into the lift during peak times was a nightmare especially given social distancing guidelines.

Disliked: Beautiful scenery they also have a sky lounge however we didn't try this due to being closed
