Very good

Liked: Room was ok. Food was generally good.The location was good.
Disliked: Communication could have been better. Staff did not inform about registration of car at check-in. Also, enquired about a group discount at reception. The response was to give me a number to call in another location. After a 45 minutes call directing me to 4 different people, I was sent back to reception and finally got an answer. This request certainly did not need a 45 minutes phone call.Cups in the breakfast room were generally unclean. I used disposable cups instead. Also, a used cup remained in the room after housekeeping had cleaned the room. Overall, it did not feel like a 4* hotel, and slightly worse than some budget hotels I've stayed in.

Disliked: Trying to figure out the aircon and fact there's no lift not idea if u have disability

Disliked: The room was very small for a family of 4. The bathroom door was too close to the sink. I jammed my finger closing the door. It was very dangerous for children. I was glad it happened to me and then we where very cautious when going in and out the bathroom.

Liked: We liked the location, the peace and tranquility. We also enjoyed breakfast. Our request for a fridge to store medication was honored.Staff members were helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
Disliked: If I one renovation it would be that I witnessed a dog directly in the food area. It was not a guide dog.
