Liked: Easy check in and location worked for an area to walk our dog outside. Very dog friendly.
Disliked: Difficult to find as had road closure notice on the road we had to turn down. Signs didn't say access to holiday inn only so we ended up back on M5 and had to go back through all the traffic. Was stressful when it didn't need to be. Surely we can't be the only ones who tried to follow the diversion signs and went wrong? Comms from hotel before arriving would have avoided that.Fire alarm going off at 2am for about 30 seconds!! Breakfast seemed to be short staffed as took a while to replace food and no water for quite a while as was not refilled whilst we had our breakfast.
