Liked: The location was very accessible. The breakfast was very good value for money. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: 2 staff issues. For the larger room we booked, we rang ahead and advised to ensure that the sofa bed was made up upon arrival as we were arriving late. The replied that it would definitely be made and ready for arrival and that it was on the list to make up. We arrived and it wasn't ready and had to wait 45 minutes for the sofa bed to be made up. For the smaller room, the last person in the party arrived at 2.45am. The receptionist started the check in, but mid check in took a call from a resident in the hotel. The call lasted approximately 10 minutes. The check in should have been completed before the call was taken s that person was left to wait at 2.45am for 10 minutes until the conversation had finished.
