Exceptional

Room good but Aircon did...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing. All food items were labelled to suit diet preferences.
Disliked: The Aircon in the bedroom did not work. We were not informed when we checked in. It was an uncomfortable sleep.

Disliked: Breakfast was horrible. Bacon was barely done, sausages were pink, beans were luke warm. Room was hot with no option of a fan

Disliked: Couldnt find me a bigger room for my wheelchair because i thought id booked accessible room. I dont believe they couldnt have sorted something better for me. The room was so far away having to go through many heavy doors which was ridiculous. Carpets in the eating area were disgustingly filthy and need upgrading asap. cleaning staff leaving cleaning trolly in the hall way so I couldnt get past in my wheelchair. They fact that this booking didnt come through on their system and were going to charge me £340. Had to get manager which delayed booking in at 11pm after a 3hr journey.
