Liked: Did not eat breakfast.
Disliked: Wish bathroom had a vent fan...it was hot . Also wish pool room was a little warmer as well as pool water.

Liked: Check In experience is horrible. They made us wait for more than 15 to 20 min while many other guests checked in front of us , reason told was faulty keymaker. Front desk clearly lacks customer service and responsiveness. They have no clue how to solve the issue and how to engage customers. Finally I was given a room that was under someone else’s name. I came to know this during the checkout process
