Liked: The executive room was good value money.
Disliked: The staff were okay - check-in was a bit of a palaver. Breakfast was terrible - £24 for awful coffee and two slices of toast. Dinner menu was okay but portion sizes are on the small side, and what's with the online ordering?! I didn't like that at all - it felt like eating at a cheap fast food joint.

Room and bathroom were nice...

Liked: The location was great for Crufts at the NEC and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was very nice with a great choice of foods although we didnt get it on the first day as we had to leave early for Crufts.
Disliked: The food from room service and dinner in the Restaurant was not great. TV did not work properly it only had radio and the fridge was turned off in the room. We had the sofa bed made up for our daughter and unfortunately it made the room quite small as it was a double sofa. It made things very tight with 2 adults a child and a dog with a crate.

One night stay to attend...

Liked: Location and facilities were great and dogs welcomed and accommodated well. Shuttle bus was very handy and on time.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff and comfortable. Nice swimming pool, food ok.
Disliked: Long wait in restaurant in the evening and adults served before children.

Liked: Room was of good quality. Literally booked it after landing and delays in airport
Disliked: Reception staff speaking to each other in different languages. Asked if l wanted breakfast but when l returned no one at desk. Also in morning excellent man driving shuttle bus advised l would need to wait for coffee as staff just beginning so could not get coffee but breakfast and coffee at airport. So all good.
