Liked: The hotel is modern & clean.
Disliked: Car parking is extremely poor. The property has a car parking lift but the staff do everything to put you off using it, for good reason. They want to you sign an agreement that any damage is your responsibility. If the lift breaks down then it could take up to 36 hours to repair. We parked on the street. It was our first visit to Berlin. We asked the staff if our car would be safe, they said yes. However 9:05am the car was lift by police & taken. Despite registering our car with the Hotel, staff watched it being taken. €238 to get it back plus €40 in Taxis. On our return we watched the Berlin Police park exactly where our car had been taken from, by them.

Home away from home

Liked: This was our third stay at the Holiday Inn Berlin City Center East Prenzlauer Berg, and once again, it was exceptional. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The M2 tram stop is conveniently located right outside, making it easy to reach Alexanderplatz and other parts of the city. Prenzlauer Berg is a great neighborhood with lots of nice cafés and restaurants nearby.We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the smooth check-in process. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin, whether for business or leisure.

Liked: Convenient, clean and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Value for money. Right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. Public transport right in front of the hotel. Supermarkets close by.
Disliked: No complaints at all.

Great place for family to...

Liked: The hotel is 2 blocks away from where I live so it was great to have a decent place to stay for my family when they visit.
