Liked: Really convenient location, right beside tram and near s-bahn. Lots of lovely restaurants a short walk away. Lovely decor and comfy beds and pillows.

Liked: This was our second visit. The hotel and rooms thankfully still look very good and they serve a good (albeit pricey) breakfast. Staff is very nice. Would (and probably will) go back.
Disliked: There was a definite smell in the room and corridor on our floor (perhaps a cleaning product? it did not smell good though), had to keep a window open at all times because of it; thankfully the weather was quite pleasant, so it didn't bother us. They've upgraded the toilet paper since last time ( :)), but the towels are still very thin.

Disliked: Defensive staff at reception. There was an snafu with our booking showing two rooms booked which wasn’t an issue for us as we had only paid for one so we dint care but the staff trying to “get in front of the issue” started getting defensive and saying we need to take “the issue” up with booking com. There wasn’t an issue! Chill dudes.
