Comfortable stay.

Liked: Very comfortable with good mattresses and great breakfasts.
Disliked: A little out of the way from the banhofBut in a quiet meihhnourhood with many quick eating options

Expensive stay with disappointing facilities...

Liked: Location and cleanliness were highlights.
Disliked: Grumpy disinterested staff on arrival. Stressed staff member left on her own in the evening to run front desk and manage issues. Poor facilities for drinking water and hot drinks in room. Cramped room. Bath dangerously high to climb into.

Wonderful hotel,comfortable and spacious.

Liked: The staff was amazing, from reception, to cleaning staff as well as the ladies in the restaurant
