Christmas trip

Liked: This is my 5th time staying here. Staff as always helpful and courteous. Lovely room and comfortable bed. Location excellent. Very good on the Covid regulations. I hope to return again this year! HOPEFULLY
Disliked: The only complaint was the fact that you had to buy a full meal if you wanted to get a drink from the bar!

Superb

Liked: Great location, lovely staff and every effort made to keep guests safe during this pandemic.
Disliked: Car parking - car park is right beside hotel but there was no one present to stamp ticket when we went to retrieve our car resulting in overnight cost of £16 (as opposed to promised rate of £10). That said, the stay was still very good value overall

Exceptional

Liked: Everything.Great room. Great breakfast (sausages perhaps a little too heavily seasoned but everything else perfect). Big mugs for tea not silly cups you normally get in rooms. Lovely bottle of real milk came in breakfast tray from room service so had lovely mugs of tea before heading out. Massive really comfortable bed. Room lovely and warm. TV didn't work tho ... but I had a book. Lovely bright bathroom with a mirror that showed all imperfections..so perfect for makeup for ladies. Perfect location in city centre and staff kindly let me park outside which was great with my crutch. Late checkout option really helpful. Only 2 little milk things in tea/coffee dock but I had brought some, otherwise great attention to detail in the little things in the room. Fantastic value for money.I'll definitely be back when I come to Belfast in a couple of weeks again.
Disliked: I suppose the only complaint I have is that staff didn't offer to help with my bags, even though I have a crutch and must have looked like I was having difficulty with them. I can appear somewhat more capable than I am tho and prob should have asked for help, as they were very warm and welcoming and I'm sure would have obliged no problem.

Pre Christmas visit

Liked: Location, was why I booked it arriving on the Sunday evening leaving first thing on Friday morning it was the ideal venue. Evening meal was reasonably priced for the airport location and was superb value and quality.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Visit to Belfast.

Liked: Stayed for 5 days on my doctors instruction cos I have a underlying heath condition which would require surgery later this year. I was going into a bubble after with family friend that I knew who was quite isolated. I was quite comfortable there in hotel just minding myself which I try and distance myself from hotel guests. Quite comfortable stay as I was more relaxed, taking it easy myself etc. Breakfast could be bit better or need a bit of an improvement cos at times not fresh. Apart from that, everything else was good. Very close to Victoria train station which I didnt expect which was a bonus. I was given tea before I left hotel which was nice by a thoughtful receptionist. Will be back later this year when lockdown start to ease off which I hope to visit QUB for a discussion with one or two staff there.
Disliked: Breakfast wasnt bit fresher especially fried ones, it needs a further improvement on that. That's why I didn't order breakfast e morning just irregular ones.

Brilliant all around

Liked: I commend all the staff of this lovely hotel, specially Chloe and Nicole in the reception. I arrived early and nowhere to go, I asked them if I can check in earlier and Chloe in the reception, accommodate me immediately & even helped me out with my booking problem, I deeply appreciate all her help & warm reception. All the household staff are brilliant!, place very clean, with safety reminder all over the place, Hand Sanitiser available everywhere, & house hold staff constantly asking me if I want my room clean or if I need anything, I honestly feel very safe during my whole stay there, specially this pandemic. Staff and food in the restaurant, is of high standard. Shout out to Nicole in the reception, she?s very efficient, kind and I can?t thank her enough for being so accommodating, even let me check out late, while waiting for my transport, I felt safer waiting in the hotel, than waiting somewhere outside, this pandemic time, I really appreciate that... This hotel is of highest standard, very clean, excellent staff, good location, very tasty food and a good value for your money! Just Brilliant all around!

Very good

Liked: Very good location - right in the city centre Very modern hotel with modern rooms and furniture. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Don't like that central heating / air cooling is controlled centrally, although this is standard in most hotels.
