Liked: Good location for event we were staying for, communal areas lovely and up to date, bed was very comfy. And included breakfast good, was not worth money it was advertised for though if not included in room. Got given one free snack and drink voucher as ac not working in room, would have been nice to have 2 for both of us. Staff very friendly. Room and included breakfast offer was good value
Disliked: Rooms dated compared to communal areas and had some issues for example sink slow draining, toilet handle leaked watery rust whenever toilet handle was used, shower and bath pressure poor, tv did not want to change channels. No plug sockets at all next to the bed which was a pain when trying to charge phones. Could hear others late into evening/night needs abit more sound proofing. Room key card stops working if put anywhere near phone, most people put key card in bag or pocket with phone, was not told prior, worth having this on a sign or guests informed as were others that had same issue. Glasses left down corridor. Parking fills up a lot in the evening, got one of last spaces.
