IHG need to invest more...

Liked: Reception by duty manager/staff on arrival along with check in.
Disliked: Off all the Holiday Inn hotels we have stayed in, this is very dated and needs upgrading to the normal high level facilities and estates IHG deliver.

Liked: Amazing area not to busy and very easy to get to and value for money for my stay excellent condition and customer service excellent staff very knowledgeable
