A bit disappointing

Liked: Dinner and breakfast were good.
Disliked: The hairdryer didn’t work properly and kept cutting out and the reception was not able to provide a replacement. The plumbing was really noisy and the lock of the room door kept jamming.

Disappointing and that is being...

Liked: Location, little else to like
Disliked: Bed mattress had dip in the middle meaning you had to sleep on a slope, shower head was black with mould, reception staff surly and dismissive, carpark spaces laid out for a 1960's Vauxhall Viva so most people took up two spaces to stop damage to their vehicles making parking difficult, Breakfast was mediocre with freezing cold plates to put hot food on. Response from hotel management was pathetic to our complaints. This Hotel needs new management uregently.
