Good

Liked: Stuff very friendly, strong WiFi,room nice and clean, close to venue were we went
Disliked: I thought swimming pool is included the hotel but it was next building Bannatyne spa and for extra money. Other then that everything was great. Specially stuff so friendly and helpful.

Ruined by the breakfast.

Liked: Everything was good other than the breakfast that was dangerously undercooked and led to me being ill. The communication regarding this was bad also and why the overall rating is low.
Disliked: The breakfast was diabolical and made me ill.
