Good location but in need...

Liked: Great location as a stop over and visit to Cannon Hall Farm on our way to Scotland.
Disliked: Tired rooms and bar area. Bedroom extremely warm and noisy outside made for poor night's sleep. Not good value for the price we paid, particularly when we found we could have booked the same room for £25 less if we hadn't booked so far in advance.

Liked: Room was large and comfortable, breakfast was very good - lots of choice.
Disliked: We ate in the restaurant but the food wasn't very good, the serving staff were good though.
