Liked: The property is trying to look high quality but not succeeding the reception staff were very helpful and trying hard to make requests happen
Disliked: The hotel was extremely quiet with hardly any people staying. My daughter and I plus another couple were the only people eating in the reception area as they do not allow dogs in the restaurant. We had to sit for over two hours to complete our 2 course meal. There was errors with the drink order and the sweets we chose. There was items missing off our main course selection. The men’s toilets in the reception area were very smelly especially the urinals and one of the cubicles had no toilet roll dispenser. The sink in our bedroom was very slow to empty and the bathroom was very tired looking with mould on the ceiling.
