Liked: The room I was given was very spacious especially for one person. The bed was comfortable and I was glad I had a choice of either soft or firm pillows. I slept really well that night using the firm pillow. The restaurant was great when I went for breakfast the next morning and the food was fantastic. I also appreciated that they have a shuttle that brings you to the airport. One final note, the front desk staff were very energetic and gave off a happy vibe which helped give an air of relief when checking in.
Disliked: I honestly have no complaints for this property. Everything went as smoothly as possible.

Liked: Nice property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Water and coffee out all the time. The room was big, clean, and comfy. Final good thing--the food was great in the little restaurant. You don't get breakfast if you book through booking.com but everything else was so good, not a big deal.

It was a fantastic staff!!

Liked: The staff was very kind to let us safely take the shuttle bus when we first arrived at BWI airport not knowing where to go to take the shuttle bus to the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The staff is awesome (esp the restaurant); the rooms are big and well appointed; and the beds are super comfy. Couldn't ask for more!
