Wonderful staff and great rooms.

Liked: I really loved this hotel. We were staying here, of course because we had an early flight. It was no trouble scheduling the airport shuttle for a very early morning flight. The room itself was bigger than we expected. Aside from the two queen beds, there was a pullout sofa, which allowed us more room to sleep. The bathroom was also big and clean. All of the staff were friendly. Natali at the front desk was helpful with all of my questions. I had to return a Rent-A-Car, and she told me that I could get the hotel shuttle right at the Rent-A-Car location, instead of having to go to the airport to get it. So, I got picked up at the Rent-A-Car location by Calvin. He was a super friendly driver and also told me I could take the shuttle anywhere within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. Personally, having such friendly staff at the hotel, made my experience with my kids really nice. Finally, the restaurant was really good! The hamburgers were so good, I thought that I would come to that restaurant just for the hamburgers, even without the hotel. I’m thankful to all of the staff working here to make people’s stay between flights so nice.

Disliked: I didn't realize we had to pay to keep our car on site for the week. It was not stated on the site that I used. I have stayed at other hotels near the airport and did not have to pay.

Liked: When I stay at the airport, this is my go to hotel. Convenient, staff is great and hotel is very nice. Airport shuttle is a great bonus! Shuttle driver is always helpful and very courteous!

Liked: I loved my stay, everyone except the cleaning crew was amazing. Very nice and accommodating.
Disliked: The cleaning lady's were not nice at all we stayed 2 nights and needed more towels. When I asked one of them for more, This women had the audacity to ask me had i paid. Please tell your staff to treat customers better.
