Liked: The staff in the bar were great, always very friendly and helpful. Didn't really encounter any other staff
Disliked: Really picky, but the hand/body wash in the bathrooms the smell of it turned my stomach a little.

Perfect for my needs and...

Liked: Location suited my needs, food was good, staff were pleasant and the hotel itself was clean, modern and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing really as far as I can remember

Whilst I encountered numerous difficulties...

Liked: The property is close to family.
Disliked: I am disabled. The accessible rooms are excellent if you are in a wheelchair but I’m not. I walk with 2 sticks. The bed was far too low for me to get up from. I spent most of the night in the chair!

Enjoyable, relaxing and lovely.

Liked: Everything, only downside is the charge for parking after spending £144 on the room for the night.
Disliked: Paying for parking.

Liked: I was given a very spacious room for my family it was beautiful and spotlessly clean - mini bar full and complimentary- staff were wonderful and I mean all staff from reception- restaurant and in the leisure centre
Disliked: Nothing I loved everything
