Brilliant stay service was good...

Liked: I thought the breakfast selection was brilliant and the the location of the hotel was good also the cleaners of the toilets was excellent too the service was brilliant and the start but the end of it through it was not to my standards however they did things that left me happier so I would come back here .
Disliked: Well the breakfast service was late to my it was 20 mins later but I had no spoon for my porridge or jam for toast as had get them my self they however they make for it so I am a happier customer

I will stay again

Disliked: Reception staff could be friendlier and receive training on listening and communication skills
