Comfortable room and great bar...

Liked: Maddie behind the bar was great! The room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The man at the desk was very unhelpful - he booked us a taxi for the morning and didn't tell us it was cash only, didn't initially give us a twin room despite us sending a request with the booking then when reminded was suddenly able to, and worst of all made us buy the expensive cooked breakfast despite stating we were students and asking about cheaper options and didn't inform us of the FREE continental breakfast. Also disappointed the pool was closed early on the evening of our arrival.

Stay away manager is terrible...

Liked: Nothing stay once never again due to parking charge at a hotel Km from town
Disliked: Tried charging for parking after booking made.Very greedy decision by the group. They have lost all our group of workers through greed.

Disliked: no lift- we were an elderly couple and had to lug our luggage upstairs - a lift would have helped Alternatively we could have had a ground floor roomWas a little noisy- a group arrived late at night and disturbed us

Liked: Spacious dining area.Availabilty of a gluten free menu. Very comfortable, clean beds.
Disliked: Other visitors shouting banging bedroom doors at 1 am in the morning!!
