Disliked: we arrived back at the hotel from a party and found we had no electricity or water which resulted in us having to go without washing or having a coffee.in the morning we went down for breakfast but we were limited as to how much was on offer including no butter for the bread or toast.we received no apologies for the inconveniences or even an explanation why the electric and water were off and will be expecting some kind of compensation by way of an apology.

Liked: Very clean and bright, excellent and helpful polite staff

Power cut chaos.

Liked: The staff were lovely, the hotel is clean, modern and has usually excellent facilities.
Disliked: Unfortunately, on the night of our stay, a tree fell down and took out the electricity supply to the hotel. This was at approximately 9 pm. This was particularly challenging as the cold water supply was also stopped, which resulted in the toilets not being able to be flushed. The supply wasn't fixed until the next morning. This then affected the breakfast service. Now, of course, this wasn't the fault of the hotel. It was very unfortunate.

Liked: Location, cost and price
Disliked: Power cut overnight, no communication or apology from staff. From 9:30 till 05:30 our room was without lighting, water or heating. In the morning there was no hot water & very limited breakfast. Staff should have communicated with guests and provided water and blankets if required.

Liked: My bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: My room was not the cleanest. The drinks were extortionate.

Liked: Staff friendly and efficient. I seemed to have a free room upgrade and wasn't told ( didn't complain
