We always have a good...

Liked: The room was nice and clean I will say it needs to be updated.
Disliked: Check in time is 4pm. We arrived a little early but we didn’t expect them to move the world to accommodate us. We told them we’d go get groceries and look around and 4 would be perfect. They said they’d call when our room was available. At 4 we went back to the office and our room still was unavailable. No one apologized or tried to help they simply said we’ll call when it’s ready. We didn’t get our room until 5:30 we had groceries that were in a hot car all that time. We understand things happen but we felt they should’ve at the very least been apologetic
