Superb

More Bad Than Good

Liked: The desk clerks were awesome, friendly, and helpful. They provided excellent customer service. They assisted with answering questions regarding local dining establishments. The room decor and fixtures were recently updated.
Disliked: The room that I was in had bed bugs. Now, I have to exterminate my home. At 12:33 a.m., someone attempted to enter my room. They had a card that allowed the door to unlock. I had rigged my door so they weren't able to get in before I laid down to rest. I showered got dressed and left the hotel before 3:00 am. I drove to the airport and stayed in the parking lot until my flight left. The exterior of the hotel is so antiquated. It's dark around the building. The area around the hotel isn't the safest location.
