Apart from the mattress problem,...

Liked: Staff very helpful, breakfast and evening meal very good. Location ideal just off the M20 and we visited the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway on the coast.
Disliked: We made a late booking on booking.com and were given a disabled room, which we didn’t request. The bed -mattress was extremely uncomfortable and hardly got any sleep, the next morning we had very painful back pain and noticed a large indentation in the mattress. When we advised the receptionist she immediately gave us another room but was unable to reimburse our money as we had booked directly with booking.com, but did apologise a number of times. The staff were very welcoming and the food breakfast and evening meal were very good.

Liked: Staff were polite and friendly. There had been a slight issue with our booking which they apologised about and offered a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. Breakfast was fine, as expected.
Disliked: The satnav postcode recommended by the hotel to use is incorrect as it takes you to the Premier Inn instead of holiday Inn.
