Disliked: We arrived at holiday Inn central after following the sat nav to "holiday inn Ashford" however, This hotel is closed to the public and an immigrant only hotel. The staff inside, instead of telling us to go to the north hotel 5 minutes away, advised us to cancel our reservation with booking.com.We needed a place to stay so booked the premier inn next door, whilst waiting on hold to cancel the booking.com reservation. Only to find out from booking that the hotel is.. 5 minutes away.Crazy that the staff of central weren't more helpful and simply advised us of the north hotel and in fact seemed to go out of their way to scare us into booking a new place. Not sure what pleasure they got from us but it cost us £70 in hotel fees.

Disliked: I booked with free parking but got to reception and I had to pay, breakfast wasn't included, some staff was rude, for the money I paid would expect more
