Holiday Inn Ashford Central

Disliked: Hi. Holiday inn central is now an asylum seeker venue and hasn't been a bookable hotel for 3 years. They have told us to go to Ashford international. Could I please have a refund. This is disgusting and apparently isntt the first time it has happened. Can I request that you remove this hotel from your site. I would appreciate my money being refunded immediately and a good will gesture also. Your complaints details would also be helpful.Thank youKind regardsStacey Jordan14:41

Liked: It has been closed for 3 years to house asylum seekers and yet still bookable on this site!!We were lucky to find alternative accommodation at 10om on a Friday night with kids at the start of the school holidays.No response from booking.com. Will be very wary in the future of booking through booking.com. poor service

Liked: Turned up at the hotel to see it was closed down and was over run by immigrants. We had no email to say it was closed and apparently it closed months ago .

Liked: We booked this hotel in January through booking.com upon arrival we were informed it was closed to the public and was in use as a refugee centre. Booking .com should have known this and not advertised it on their site.
