Disappointing

First girls trip with my...

Liked: I loved the hotel,food and most of all the beds was so comfortable
Disliked: I had a long wait to get into my room. They finally fixed my reservation and got me my key. We went up to the 4th floor all the way to the opposite side and our key didn't work. We went back to the front and they did something and said ok it should work now. Did it again and it still didn't work. Went back down to the front and they finally said here we got you another room. Finally we got inside our room.

Disliked: Free breakfast, the restaurant wasn’t even open when we had to leave at 8:00 am

Disliked: Everything was perfect. Keep bringing in and training the way you do. From the moment we walked in, the friendly presence was felt.
