Would have been good if...

Liked: Close to Biltmore. Nice fridge in room. Nice hot water in bath.
Disliked: The desk clerk on Sunday morning July 13 was very rude. She put the reservation through twice and didn’t care so I had to go the next day and get another desk clerk to fix it. The very rude woman was in her 50s and blonde. She should be fired.

Exceptional

Liked: I loved everything about this hotel, especially the on-site food choices
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.

Liked: We ate in the restaurant. its always good!

Good stay.

Liked: Kids loved the unique indoor outdoor pool.
Disliked: Room was a bit small. Hotel was a bit noisy until around 11:30pm.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was welcoming and courteous. Accommodated a late check out due to having to attend my sons graduation. Lobby was very clean and quiet. Room was clean. A/C was very cool.
Disliked: Room door was sticking and loud. Need better condiments for in room coffee machine to match the look and feel of the Inn. Pool area had lots of ants in the seating area so an occasional spraying wouldn't hurt.

Liked: Breakfast at hotel was good, location for myself was excellent..
Disliked: When we checked in, they could have told me that the pool was closed and waiting for health department to open.. I would have stayed somewhere else, 80 degrees and humid and no pool...

Nice motel with room for...

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Nice location. Most of staff were friendly and helpful. With the exception of the blonde haired bartender. My husband could not get her attention to help him. He finally gave up and left.
Disliked: U could hear every little noise from the rooms next door and halls. Could hear man in room next to us snoring all night. Pool couldve been nice if it looked cleaner. Bottom appeared dirty.
