Liked: We was in town visiting and had a wreck, got the room last minute. The staff was so understanding and accommodating! Room was wonderful!

Liked: I like how the bar and grill was connected to the hotel and the food was great.
Disliked: Nothing everything was great for the price you pay.

Dishonest staff!!!!

Liked: Location right on the interstate we were traveling and the accommodations for our late arrival.
Disliked: My husband left a carhartt men’s vest in the closet of room 415. We remembered it about an hour down the road toward Okla City. It was luckily the only thing we had in the closet. We immediately called and talked to the front desk. They were no help. Another in our party were about an a hour behind us and stopped at the Ardmore hotel, went in and talked to them in person about the vest, still no help. We were all traveling to Enid, Okla for a funeral. After the services we headed back to Houston, Tx. Again we reached out to the management for the vest. They told us they never found it. We really thought people in Okla were a little better than this, I guess that’s why they are known as the flyover state. Very disappointed in the staff and their lack of response.
