What I've come to expect....

Liked: Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Inside of bathroom, door missing handle, cut-out is there, so no worry of being locked in. It really needs a night light. I hate getting up in the night and being blinded by a bathroom light when I need to go and get back to sleep again.In-house dining was limited to 2 dishes due to supply issues.While I paid extra to include breakfast, the hotel didn't show it on my reservation. I did get it after showing the front desk my booking.com receipt. The breakfast bar was lacking staff support. Wasn't worth $12.95 a person.In the room, there were not any flyers from the Hotel, showing local food options. No physical channel guide. The room lacked any central lighting (all lamps), and it felt dark.When did Hotels stop keeping Bibles in the rooms?!The clock in the "gym" doesn't work. The power cords are not managed, missing weights from the dumb bell rack (10 lbs and 20 lbs). Needs fans to keep the air circulating. It smells musty and one heats up rather quickly with minimum effort.Pool, water intakes clogged with pool noodles.One elevator was out of commission.Overall, this is a typical Holiday Inn that spends more on its Lobby than its guest experience.

Liked: It’s location was close to the ballpark my son’s baseball games were held.
Disliked: They waited until we were there to check in to tell us that the pool was unavailable (The 4th of July weekend!!) and then we were promised extra points on our IHG account that we never received. The elevator and rooms had a funny smell. I killed a roach in the bathroom sink and the shower head and sink faucet was rusted and in need of a deep clean.
