Liked: Heated pool, numerous lounge chairs and towels, large room size, quiet, staff was very friendly and competent. Loved the energy of the space! We both felt very welcomed!

A retro gem in Palm Springs

Liked: The hotel and grounds are immaculate , the rooms are very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming and professional. The food at the restaurant and by the pool is fantastic. There is a lovely pool, shuffleboard area fire pits and plenty of seating. At night the resort is lite beautifully with festoon lights and low lights in the restaurant. The breakfast is outstanding with fresh fruits and delicious yoghurt . I wish there was an expresso machine but thats just me being a Aussie !the lobby area is a visual delight .. artworks everywhere as do the rooms.Its a really central location and a great place to stay, I would recommend it and would stay again if Im in Palm Springs . The attention to detail is evident everywhere and the small things have been considered.Aaron is a standout staff member and a real asset to HH.
Disliked: Rm 26 has no privacy if there are guests sitting on the balcony outside of Marks room , as that balcony looks directly into rm 26 balcony ..we were unable to use our own balcony or have our blinds up when there were people sitting there which happened to be most of the time rm26 is supposed to be one of the best rooms available but it didnt feel like that as I saw inside two other of the best rooms and they were larger rooms with a small couch and nicer artwork . I guess its the luck of the draw but I definitely dont think its one of the best rooms .Unfortunately we couldnt move as the resort was fully booked.

Beautiful stay & location. Team could be a bit more mindful re noise

Liked: Great location & amenities. Super clean & tasty breakfast bar.
Disliked: We stayed in room 10 and it seemed to be located by the staff entrance. Lots of loud team checkins while trying to nap/relax. Pool music was also a bit loud/disruptive for folks who want to chill on vacation.
