Very good

Liked: The suite was bigger than I expected, the bed was comfortable, the ac unit was awesome, and it was clean
Disliked: There was a very intense smell that I couldn't pinpoint. I definitely chose not to take any deep breaths. Also, I sent an email asking if I could check in early and didn't get any response. When I mentioned it, the person told me she was directed to ignore emails which I find really strange

Disliked: Behaviour of staff upon arrival was unacceptable. front desk lady said we have cameras why you guys travelling. She stated you guys look suspicious. Discriminatory comments.

Liked: Love the friendly service and how clean the rooms were for a older motel was very well kept

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: We booked based on it being listed as pet friendly. We went early to see if we could get and early check-in. At that point we were told they did not allow pets and there would be no refund. .not sure who we are more disappointed in, booking.com or this pathetic excuse for a motel.

Very good

Liked: It was nice and close to Skaha Beach, a 2-minute walk, and 10 minutes away from Okanagan Lake. It was perfect for what I needed; I would stay again.
Disliked: It was on the older side but looked clean and the bed was comfy

Disliked: The smell of the room.

Liked: Staff were lovely
Disliked: This is an overpriced dump that should be pulled down. Our room stunk! Don't stay here. The owner is taking everyone for a ride!
