Bad

Liked: It was dirty in every little corner u looked it. I can handle outdated and simple, thus was terrible especially for the price! Don't stay here!
Disliked: Pretty much everything

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Smelly, unclean, shower head reaches the shoulders, kitchen is unusable, as when you turn a coil on the room fills with stinky smoke. The kitchen and shower/bathroom are very small.

We had a last minute...

Liked: There was no breakfast. Staff helpful when asked. The view was lovely but the window was too close to the road to leave curtains open.
Disliked: The road was very close and very noisy. Air conditioner also very noisy. There was no guest registration form to fill out which seemed strange so was told she had no information about what I paid. Was unable to get a receipt itemizing the cost of the stay. Told only Booking.com had that.

Liked: Beds were clean and really good mattresses. Good location for restaurants. Good for a one night stay over.
Disliked: Had an odd smell. It was above the Trans Canada Hwy, continuous noise.

Disliked: Everything in Ladysmith is on a hill, so too getting in and out of the hotel😉
