Passable

Liked: Location was excellent and the desk staff were super nice. Room was very large.
Disliked: Pervasive odour of smoking throughout. I think ages ago there were smoking rooms and it has just seeped into the walls and floor. Also no lift. We ended up at the top floor and it was quite the hike. Whilst clean, the mirror in the room was broken in half and there were huge gouges in the desk. The pictures do not represent AT All the rooms.

Disliked: Shower was dirty, key for front door was same key that opened door to room so that must mean any other person(s) staying there could use their key to get into our room.Bed was uncomfortable.

Disliked: The room we had is nothing like that shown in the advertised photos. Bathroom was so small it was very difficult to use. It was more like a converted cupboard. Decor in poor state.

Liked: Clean, nice staff
Disliked: No door knob on the ensuite bathroom door- just a hole, no way of keeping it closed. Remote control for TV didn’t work and TV wasn’t tuned in to many of the channels.
