Will definitely stay here again...

Liked: The property is set in beautiful grounds with a stream at the bottom of the lawn, it has a mixture of classic and modern vibes and is just stunning.
Disliked: Nothing

Nice room, nice location, unfortunate...

Liked: The location was brilliant and the view from the room over Windermere was amazing.
Disliked: We were asked if we wanted to reserve a table for the restaurant when we checked in but didn’t like the food on the menu so were advised that instead there is a bar menu option with classic food dishes, when we came down after unpacking to have some food, we were told only then the bar menu was not on by another member of staff and the only option was the £85pp 11 course taster. This was only being severed due to a wedding party of guests were staying at the resort. We were then was told by staff Togo instead to another hotel down the road for food. So we had to head out to Windermere for some dinner.

Amazing place

Liked: The hotel was amazing, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault the food or the service. The views were out of this world even though it was over cast.

Hidden gem on the top...

Liked: Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. Buffet was so so, but it's ok because cooked breakfast was excellent. Our room was amazing, but that was after we asked to replace it. I trust our replacement room was an upgrade, luckily for us.
Disliked: There was no SPA facilities ready to use.
