Liked: The area was great. It's right on the river and walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants in Helen.
Disliked: The tubing company makes it hard to fish or play in the river as they are constantly sending tubers down in huge groups from around 11 am-6pm.

Liked: Overall, it was good. It was for one night. Just somewhere to lay our head at night.
Disliked: Our room number wasn’t on the door but we found it .

Disliked: Sugar ants were really bad. We found out the hard way not to leave food or drink of any kind sitting out.

Disliked: Bathroom door was broken and filthy shower had stains from something black

Horrible, disappointed in everyway

Liked: The TV was the only good thing about this hotel. No ac thru the hotel. When we made it to our room we opened the door and it was probably 110° in the room, ac unit was off. I stand next to the bed put my bag on the table and feel something on my feet. I look down and have 5-10 FLEAS on my feet!! Our room had a flea infestation!!!! Bathroom had mold, the bathtub was disgusting. The pics you see online is not what you will get in person, it was a spur of the moment last min trip, booked online and it was the last room. The office and breakfast area was in the same room and the breakfast for everyone in the hotel was great value yogurt, old fruit and instant grit packs. The pool was so green and disgusting it makes you sick looking at it. Oh ya and it isn't until you get there that your told it's all NON REFUNDABLE! so even if I walked to the office and told the manager I wanted my $230 back cause of false advertisement, flea infested room and just an all around sketchy hotel, I wouldn't of been refunded. I will never book here again.
Disliked: It would of been better if the room we paid so much for would of been CLEAN, FLEA FREE, MOLD FREE UPDATED CLEAN ROOM!

It certainly not the best...

Liked: I did like how clean the room and bathroom were. The bathtub itself could be a bit cleaner.
Disliked: The vent for the room ran constantly, so the sound kept me and my grandmother up for the majority of the nights. Also, no free TV to watch.
