Liked: Friendly staff.Evening meal was fairly good except when I asked for salad dressing such as vinaigrette for a basic salad they gave me salad cream! Service was very slow and same at breakfast and they didn't have my chosen option.

Liked: Friendly staff always helpful. Location was superb for visiting Stratford-upon-Avon and central for National Trust properties
Disliked: We were on the ground floor disabled room, which needed some attention.The grab handles around the toilet were loose and unsafe to use. Wardrobe was very unstable and fell onto my wife whilst opening both doors(needs fixing to the wall.)
