Clean and comfortable room in...

Liked: Lovely historic building, good continental breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
Disliked: The window AC unit and ceiling fan didn’t quite cut it in the 35 degree heat, a little portable fan with rotating head would have been good.

Memorable time in Kingston

Liked: It was a very well located b and b of very good quality

Quaint old inn

Liked: Lovely old inn in a quiet location walking distance to town centre. Friendly helpfully staff.
Disliked: Had to park on street. Had issues with TV which they did sort but it was old style TV with no streaming services. Breakfast area didn't match the style of the Victorian building with plain tables, no table cloths & not much art work. I felt just a little more effort could make this inn outstanding.

Liked: Everything was absolutely marvellous, the building itself obviously incredible but the staff was so friendly and professional, special thanks to Shavane (sorry if the spelling is wrong) who helped us out fixing a small problem in no time and giving us complementary bottle of bubbles. We both worked in hospitality and rarely came across this level of professionalism. I highly recommend

Disliked: Aircon wasn’t very good & couldn’t shut curtains while aircon was on in a ground floor room which is annoying
